What is included in a standard barndominium floor plan?
Our standard plan sets include detailed floor plans, exterior elevations, structural framing layouts, roof plans, and electrical schematics to guide your contractor through the build process.
How are the digital files delivered after purchase?
Upon completion of your order, you will receive an automated email containing a download link for high-resolution PDF files. If you purchased a CAD file package, it will be delivered as a ZIP folder.
Can I make modifications to a plan I like?
Yes, we offer modification services for an additional fee. You can also purchase the CAD files, which allow your local engineer or architect to make direct changes to the design.
What is your return policy on digital blueprints?
Due to the digital nature of our products and the intellectual property involved, all sales are final. Please review the floor plans and dimensions carefully before completing your purchase.
Are these plans engineered for my specific state or county?
Our plans are designed to meet international residential codes; however, they do not include a local engineering seal. You may need to have a local professional review the plans to meet specific regional snow, wind, or seismic requirements.
Do you provide estimates for construction costs?
While we do not provide official quotes, barndominiums typically range from $100 to $150 per square foot depending on your location, material choices, and local labor rates.
